Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new users are eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. During this period, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan.

💡 Tip: Use the free trial to fully evaluate if my studio walker meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the period ends
  • No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your my studio walker account
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm the cancellation

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Generally, no refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions
  • You may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment if you experience technical issues that prevent use of the service
  • Refund requests must include specific details of the technical problem

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual plans, you may be eligible for a partial refund:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund minus processing fees
  • After 30 days: Prorated refund for unused months
  • Minimum charge: 1 month at regular monthly rate

3.3 Walker Elite (Enterprise)

Enterprise plans are governed by the specific contract terms agreed upon during onboarding.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees or onboarding charges
  • Custom development work
  • Training sessions (unless cancelled 24 hours in advance)
  • SMS credits or other consumable add-ons that have been used
  • Payments made more than 90 days ago

5. Service Issues

If you experience service disruptions:

  • Report issues to mysalonwalker@gmail.com within 48 hours
  • We may offer service credits for verified outages exceeding 4 hours
  • Credits are applied to future billing cycles

Note: Force majeure events (internet outages, third-party failures, etc.) are not eligible for credits.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email mysalonwalker@gmail.com
  2. Include your account email and salon name
  3. Provide reason for the refund request
  4. Attach any relevant documentation (for technical issues)

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds:

  • Processed to the original payment method
  • May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • You will receive an email confirmation when processed

8. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your data is retained for 30 days
  • You can reactivate your account within this period
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
  • You can request early data deletion by contacting support

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
